Where do you deliver?
Same-day around Homagama and the Colombo suburbs (order before 2 pm), and islandwide by courier in 2 to 4 working days. Local delivery starts at Rs 350, free over Rs 10,000 in Zone A. Pickup at the shop is always free.
Why can't chocolates go islandwide?
Sri Lankan heat. A bouquet that spends two days in a courier van arrives as soup, and we'd rather say no than deliver that. Chocolate items travel in our own hands around Colombo; teddies, jewellery and scents ship anywhere.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes, that's the point. Pick any date up to 30 days ahead at checkout: the birthday itself, the anniversary morning, the day they land. Made-to-order items need a day's notice.
Will the price show on the parcel?
Not if you don't want it to. Tick “hide prices” (it's on by default for gifts) and the parcel carries no prices, just your card, written by hand, free.
It's a surprise. Will you ring them and ruin it?
Never. Choose “call me, not them” at checkout and our rider coordinates with you only.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or at pickup (up to Rs 15,000), bank transfer with a slip upload, or order straight over WhatsApp. Card payments are coming soon.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 24 hours and we'll replace it. Being perishable, chocolates can't be returned, but we stand behind every parcel we send.
